The Department of Education (DET) is calling for submissions from suitably qualified Contractors for the construction of remedial drainage works at Waterford West State School (“The Works”).

Submissions from Principal Contractors are sought with experience working in schools on drainage remediation and earthworks. The project will be procured under a Medium Works Contract.

The proposed drainage project at Waterford West SS is for the purpose of eliminating ponding along the boundary of the school. The works entail laying stormwater pipes and pits, forming swales, sub surface drainage and turning in an area that will have restricted access to staff and students. Experience on live school sites is essential with the project being procured under DHPW Medium Works contract with Special conditions.
