Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment (design and construct) of a Manual Arts classroom at Ipswich State High School, located at 1 Hunter St, Brassall Qld 4305 as part of the Schools Infrastructure Enhancement Program.
The space is an existing workshop that is being refurbished into a Robotics laboratory. The works will include stripping the current room, removing block walls to create new spaces, new epoxy flooring, joinery, doors, power, data, AV, specialist equipment, painting and general builers works. Works will commence in October, with all works are to be completed by December 2018.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minium QBCC Builders licence with the ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
