The Justice Connect Program aims to replace outdated technologies supporting the Criminal and Civil Jurisdictions with a contemporary architecture. The solution will meet the needs of the Courts, Coroner, Director of Public Prosecutions, Tasmania Prison Service, Community Corrections, The Parole Board, Victim Support and a number of tribunals.

The solution will also integrate with Tasmanian and Federal Agencies, including but not limited to:
* Tasmania Police
* Department of Communities Tasmania
* Australian Government Department of Human Services

The program has been split into three stages, with the first stage focusing on criminal and corrective justice, the second stage focusing on civil justice in the courts and the third stage focusing on tribunals.
