The Shire of Northam is looking to construct an Aquatic Centre which will both service the needs of the Shire of Northam community but also provide a focal point and entertainment experience for the surrounding region.

To be located adjacent to the Northam Recreation Centre, within the Recreation Precinct, the Northam Aquatic Centre will be developed to the highest possible standards and will be recognised as a visitor attraction and a place for the local and regional communities to visit.

The Shire is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the construction, commissioning and completion of the new aquatic facilities and related re-development of the existing recreation centre at 44 Peel Terrace, Northam.
