EXPRESSION OF INTEREST - BUILDERS.

Suitably qualified and competent Builders are invited to lodge an EOI for the construction of the new Our Lady Aged Care Centre at Our Lady of Lebanon Harris Park.

Works comprise of new building works (approx. 4000 m2) over 5 levels incorporating basement, retail & commercial space, and 90 beds of residential care & respite accommodation.

EOI Closing: 30 September 2018.
