Tender Description
The City of Bunbury requires the services of an experienced contractor to undertake a comprehensive roof Access & Egress and Fall Prevention system audit of all the venues as listed in this Request for Quotation.
The purpose of this audit is:
* To identify any/all high risk non-conformances for safe roof access and egress and fall prevention;
* Design and make recommendations for any/all non-conformances and high risk issues noted;
Provide separate pricing for:
* The audit;
* The reporting;
* The design and price estimate to implement the remediation;
* Specify the annual maintenance frequency and reporting system for each system and the cost associated.
