The Towns commercial renewal program aims is to improve current community facilities that are heavily utilised by external groups.
These two facilities (Gratwick Aquatic Centre (GAC) and Jim Caffey (JC) Hall) have wet areas that are at end of life and require renewal in accordance with current DAIP requirements as well as under fair wear and tear. They have been identified as part of the ten year capital renewal program of the Towns assets.
