Complete transition to Azure and Managed Services

TPB requires a reliable, capable, flexible and cost effective ICT platform to support the TPB's functions. For this reason, the TPB has decided to migrate all its infrastructure onto Microsoft Azure.

The required work is to assist TPB to fully migrate all its business applications, systems and data onto Azure and to provide a managed services for the Azure environment.

Components of work required includes:
1. Complete assessment of TPB's current Azure environment to confirm network and security requirements, with an IRAP assessment to be completed within 6 months of Final Handover Date.
2. Work with ASI to install and operationalise the latest version of iMIS into Microsoft Azure infrastructure (interim iMIS servers may need to be installed) including migration of associated files from existing private cloud to Microsoft Azure public cloud. Following the migration, the TPB expects to access iMIS directly from the Windows 10 environment.
3. Set up Online Modules servers in Azure and migrate associated data from existing private cloud to Azure as required.
4. Ongoing managed cloud service for Office functions and all relevant business applications in Azure (will require separate Development, Test and Production environment).
5. Desktop support (including help desk and on-site support for existing TPB sites and the ability to expand to further sites if required in the future). TPB will require onsite support to each site on a weekly basis or propose an acceptable alternative as well as a Service Desk operating during business hours. On an ad hoc basis support may be required afterhours and on weekends (this would occur about once a month).
6. Ability to support future ICT projects and be responsive to creating and monitoring Development, Test and Staging environments in the Azure cloud environment.
