Tender Description
Regional Procurement is calling a Panel Source tender for the Supply & Delivery of Modular Concrete Bridge Componentry on behalf of the following participating Councils: Coffs Harbour City, MidCoast, Bellingen Shire, Nambucca Shire and Dungog Shire.
Term: This contract shall be for term of 35 months commencing 1st November 2018 and concluding 30 September 2021 with provision for a 1 year option.
Scope: Participating Councils will only source modular concrete bridge componentry for the contract term from one or more suppliers appointed to the panel. All componentry must comply with relevant Australian Standards.
Invitation: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement by the deadline 10.00 am on Tuesday 2 October 2018.
Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Tender lodgement information is provided in the tender document. Regional Procurement is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted.
