At the time of publishing this invitation to register an interest, the Combined Stacker Reclaimer Supply scope shall include the following:
* design, supply, fabrication, manufacture, shop assembly and testing, surface protection, packing and delivery of a one combined Stacker / Reclaimer unit capable of through-loading, stockpiling and reclaiming iron ore fines. The Stacker Reclaimer shall be supplied inclusive of all mechanical componentry, on-board electrical and control hardware including any supporting steelwork.

The combined Stacker / Reclaimer unit shall be designed to stack and reclaim a linear stockpile with a normal through-loading and stacking rate of 4,500tph and make-up reclaim rate of 7,500tph. Top size of the material is 10mm (P95) with bulk density of 1.9 t/m3.

* Conform to all the currently published Australian Standards and the following International Standards:
a) FEM Section II 2.131/2.132 - Rules for the design of mobile Equipment for continuous handling of bulk materials.
b) CEMA Belt Book – Belt Conveyors for Bulk Materials.

* The supplier must be able to demonstrate they have provided similar equipment for the handling of iron ore fines with proven performance for machine availability > 95%.

The Eliwana Project, including this Package 751EWP0062 is subject to internal approvals. The procurement process or scope, may change at FMG Solomon’s election, including to accommodate project budget and time requirements.
