⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale invites Expressions of Interests to activate a parcel of land in historic Jarrahdale.

Possible development opportunities could include:
* Short stay accommodation
* Convention Centre
* Wedding Centre
* Caravan/tourist park
* Trails Hub Centre
* Restaurant / Cafe
* Recreation Centre
* Theme Park
* Glamping

Deadline: Expressions of Interest submission must be received no later than Monday 8 October 2018 at 12pm EOI’s received after this will not be considered.

Conditions:
* Canvasing of Councillors and Shire staff will disqualify your submission from the EOI process.
* The Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale does not intend to submit an EOI.
* No late telephoned, faxed or mailed or emailed Expressions of Interest will be accepted.
