Expression of Interest - Commercial Lease of Myrtle Park Camping Ground

Myrtle Park has 50 unpowered sites (potentially more with the restructure of some sites) well maintained amenities and a camp kitchen. Camping space is suitable to Caravans, Tents and Motor Homes. The Park is open throughout the whole year and a kiosk is available onsite.

The site also maintains a Hall which is used for differing events and community organisations across the area. The successful applicant would be responsible for the ongoing bookings and use of the hall.

The park also offers a day use area; this part of the park will need to remain accessible to members of the public all year round.

The lease will be for the full operation of the park and will be responsible for all ground maintenance, general maintenance and cleaning of all facilities.

The park has many recreational features including a tennis court, play space and cricket pitch and plus fishing (fishing licence required).

The lease will include:
* Myrtle Park two bedroom bottage
* Kiosk + Commercial kitchen
* Laundry (for campers use)
* Myrtle Park Memorial Hall
* Camp kitchen
* Toilets and showers
