Mental Health Step Up Step Down

⁠⁠⁠With the assistance of the Health Support Queensland (HSQ), the Eligible Customer is responsible for sourcing a value for money, contractual arrangement with one, or two Non-government organisations (NGOs) to:
• Provide operational management of Community Bed-based Services in Cairns;
o Adult Step Up Step Down Services (ASUSDS) 12 beds;
o Community Care Unit (CCU) 20 beds;
• Co-ordinate and deliver non-clinical, recovery focused adult mental health services.
The locations of the two facilities are:
• ASUSDS - 21 Upward Street, Cairns;
• CCU - 12 Wallace Street, Cairns, QLD 4870.
Offerors may submit an offer for:
• ASUSDS only;
• CCU only;
• The two services combined.
The proposed term of the Service Agreement with the successful NGO/s is three years, commencing 1 April 2019, with an option to extend for an additional two years at the discretion of the Eligible Customer.
