BHP Brownfield Expansion (BFX) Project - Flotation Testing Services

BHP is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from contractors capable of completing flotation testing for Jameson Cell, and column flotation at laboratory scale.

Samples for the testwork will be delivered to the laboratory from Olympic Dam. Scope of work includes;
* Execute the work at the earliest after receipt to avoid potential sample oxidation/deterioration.
* Perform the work to industry standards for flotation testing including data sheets recording testing conditions, reagent used, extra-ordinary observations - Collect flotation product samples to identify flotation kinetics for copper, gold, uranium, sulphur, silica.
* Assay samples for desired elements
* Construct grade-recovery curves for copper/gold/uranium
* Construct grade-recovery curves for copper/gold for individual particle sizes.
* Mineralogy liberation analysis on final tailings

Details on your organisational capacity, capability, and experience in delivering such services safely will be used to form a shortlist for tender.
