For Licence to Operate a Kiosk/Canteen at the Mungindi Pool

⁠⁠⁠Council is offering a licence to operate a Kiosk at the Mungindi Pool.

Anyone submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI) is expected to complete their own enquiries with regards to compliance with food safety regulations and standards. It is expected at a minimum the kiosk will offer, pre-packaged snack foods, confectionery and cold drinks.

Any EOI must be submitted by 3:00pm, 20 September 2018 and address the following:
* Length of the agreement (term)
* Licence fee offered
* Types of food to be served
* Proposed days and hours of operation.

Please note: Summer and Winter opening hours differ at the facility.

The EOI should be emailed to council@mpsc.nsw.gov.au with the subject, “EOI19/02 – Licence to operate a Kiosk at the Mungindi Pool”.

The highest of any EOI will not necessarily be accepted.

Any canvassing of Councillors or Staff will automatically disqualify the EOI.
