Construction and installation of permanent shade structure at the Grassland Art Gallery Courtyard
* Construction, including engineering and certification of a permanent shade structure at the courtyard area of the Grassland Art Gallery.
* Structure to be affixed to existing roofs on two sides and open on the other.
Works to be completed are envisaged to include the following:
* Structure to be approximately 7.5m long x 6.5m wide.
* Roof structure to be in-keeping with the current roof line, design and aesthetics.
* Roof material to be an insulated material.
* Materials to be in keeping with existing colour palette.
