Caboolture State High School - Senior Learning Centre (Eligible PQC Contractors Level 3)

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the construction of the new Senior Learning Centre at Caboolture State High School, located at 1 Lee Street, Caboolture Qld 4510, as part of the 6FC Capital Works program.

This new two (2) level building consists of 7 general learning areas (GLAs), 2 science labs, 3 design studios, a Cert III commercial kitchen and dining room, café, food theory room, and a flexible learning area (FLA). Plus large staff work areas, amenities and outdoor learning areas. All works are to be completed by Wednesday 2nd October 2019.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC Level 3, as well as certified 3rd Party Quality Assurance, and a QBCC Builder's Licence that enables them to undertake the entire scope of works.

Tender submissions close on Wednesday 3rd October at 2:00pm at The Queensland Government Tender Box, c/o Decipha Pty Ltd, 2 Duncan Street, West End QLD 4101.

IMPORTANT: Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide a tender document, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer: is pre-qualified under the Queensland Government’s Prequalification (PQC) System to the nominated level (or higher); satisfies financial requirements; and meets project-specific criteria.
