Indigenous Cultural Mentoring Program for Townsville Correctional Centres

Queensland Corrective Services (QCS) has issued this Invitation to Offer (ITO) with the objectives of engaging an organisation or organisations with proven cultural competency and community endorsement to provide and deliver a holistic, flexible, tailored and culturally responsive mentoring program. The Program will develop cultural identity and encourage connection to culture of incarcerated offenders.

QCS is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced organisation/s to provide the Program to all female prisoners at Townsville Women’s Correctional Centre (TWCC) and all male prisoners at Townsville Correctional Centre (TCC). Suppliers may submit an offer for either TWCC or TCC or both.

The scope of services for this ITO is further defined in Schedule A: Men’s Requirements and in Schedule B: Women’s Requirements.
