Chevron Australia (Company) is seeking expressions of interest from service providers able to deliver independent surveyor and tanker services in support of Company Operations.

Independent Surveyor
The independent surveyor will be required to:
* Conduct measurement and testing of LNG at Area of Operations, as requested by Company.
* Witness activities involved at each loading to determine the quality and quantity loaded, making sure full compliance to the Contract and in accordance with International and Industry standards.
* Identify, resolve and report any non-conformance and/or non-safe practice.

Scope of work to include (but not limited to):
* Pre-Inspection requirements;
* Pre-arrival Inspection – Terminal side;
* Arrival Inspection – LNG vessel;
* Quality Inspection (sampling and analysis) – during loading;
* Departure Inspection – LNG vessel;
* Post Inspection requirements; and
* Other reporting requirement.

Tanker services are the provision of a Tanker Safety Officer (TSO) to assist the Pilot/Mooring Master in all aspects of tanker berthing, un-berthing and loading operations.
