WA Country Health Service requires the replacement of the roof to Block A and Block B of the Katanning Health Service, including but not limited to the removal of the asbestos parapet capping and replacement with new capping, the replacement of all box gutters, the replacement of all roof sheeting, ridge and barge cappings and the removal and reinstatement of mechanical equipment and penetrations.
The existing roof hatch will be removed and a new roof access hatch and associated ladders installed and a fall arrest system will be installed. The work is to be carried out and reported on in accordance with drawings and specifications included in the Request set.
