Tender Description
City of Parramatta is seeking to appoint a number of pre-qualified Trade Service Panels, for the provision of predictive and ad-hoc maintenance works and minor building projects for a three to five year period.
In order to better obtain value for the City, and to offer security to a smaller number of chosen suppliers, the City has elected to establish panels in the following trade services:
* Air conditioning service and repair
* Asbestos Demolition & Removal
* Bricklaying
* Concreting
* Electrical
* Fencing
* General Building
* Glazing
* Locksmith
* Painting
* Plumbing and Drainage
* Roofing
Proponents may choose to apply for any panel that they are appropriately qualified.
