Community Housing Limited is inviting tenders for its annual house safety check program
The proposed Contract includes the supply of all labour, materials tools, equipment and supervision to complete the work including:
* verification that existing installations comply with the specification;
* routine testing of Gas and electrical supply;
* servicing, maintenance and cleaning of as per specification;
* retro-fitting and remedial work;
* the supply of smoke alarms, strobe lights, isolators, filters, circuit breakers and wiring;
* All safety devices including RCD/MCBs, smoke alarms, earth stakes, anti-tilt brackets and restraining chains on stoves, must be visually inspected
* Testing pressure relief valve and Tempering valve to Hot Water Service;
* Service pressure testing Gas supply and gas appliances; and
* Reporting
The tender is split into 6 contract Zones throughout Victoria, tenderers can apply for one or more contract zones.
