Ferny Grove State High School - 6FC Additional Accomodation - Science and Learning Centre (Eligible PQC Contractors Level 3)

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the construction of the new science and learning centre at Ferny Grove State High School, located at 26 McGinn Road, Ferny Grove Qld 4055, as part of the 6FC Capital Works program.

The new three level building consists of 14 Classrooms (GLA), 4 science labs, 4 Collaborative Spaces, 2 Flexible Learning Ares, 1 STEM Studio, Staff Room and associated spaces. All works are to be completed by Friday, 25 October 2019.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minium PQC Level 3 with certified 3rd Party Quality Assurance and a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.

Submissions close on Monday, 24th September 2018 at 3:00pm.

IMPORTANT: Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide a tender document, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer: is pre-qualified under the Queensland Government’s Prequalification (PQC) System to the nominated level (or higher); satisfies financial requirements; and meets project-specific criteria.
