Expressions of Interest Hillbrook Anglican School - Enoggera Major Building Works

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of Interest are called from suitably experienced builders wishing to be included on the tender panel for the above project which is anticipated to go to tender in October 2018.

Total project consists of:
* Demolition of existing single storey Science + Administration Buildings
* Construction of New 3 storey English/Science Building – Approx. 3600m² GFA.
* Construction of New 2 storey Admin Building – Approx. 1100m² GFA.
* Alterations + Extension to existing 2 storey Library Building – Approx. 380m² new GFA
* Significant Hard + Soft landscaping to building surrounds
