Tender Description
Expressions of Interest (EOI) are being sought on behalf of the Minister for Mines and Petroleum (the Minister) to permit him, in accordance with Section 19 of the Mining Act 1978 (the Mining Act), to invite an interested party to apply for a new Mining Lease over an existing Section 19 exemption area.
The goal of the project is to allow a miner to have the opportunity to explore for and extract diamonds that remain at Ellendale Mine in situ or in previously mined and/or processed materials.
