BHP Brownfield Expansion (BFX) Project - Grinding Circuit Modelling/Simulations

BHP is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from contractors capable of completing detailed data analysis and simulations of the Olympic Dam comminution circuit with a view to selecting the optimal circuit configuration for the expanded plant.

The services will include the following;
* Review available comminution geo-metallurgical data to identify gaps in simulating alternative circuit configurations.
* Review engineering trade off studies completed to date.
* Detailed planning of site sampling campaign around the existing comminution circuit to collect required operating and laboratory data to model and simulate alternative circuit configurations.
* Attend site to supervise data collection and analyse plant operating data.
* Develop mass balance around alternative circuit options
* Estimate sizing of required equipment to achieve alternative circuit mass balance options to a high level of accuracy (+/-15%).

Details on your organisational capacity, capability, and experience in delivering such services safely will be used to form a shortlist for tender.
