Tender Description
At the time of publishing this invitation to register an interest, the Radial Stacker
Supply scope shall include the following:
* design, supply, fabrication, manufacture, shop assembly and testing, surface protection, packing and delivery of a one complete Slewing Radial Stacker unit capable of preparing an 18m high stockpile of iron ore fines at a rate of 5,500tph and slewing radius of 210 degrees. The Radial Stacker shall be supplied inclusive of all mechanical componentry, on‐board electrical and control hardware and supporting rail including any supporting steelwork.
* conform to all the currently published Australian Standards and the following International Standards:
a) FEM Section II 2.131/2.132 ‐ Rules for the design of mobile Equipment for continuous handling of bulk materials.
b) CEMA Belt Book – Belt Conveyors for Bulk Materials.
* the supplier must be able to demonstrate they have provided similar equipment for the handling of iron ore fines with proven performance for machine availability > 95%.
The Eliwana Project, including this Package 751EWP0009 is subject to internal approvals. The procurement process or scope, may change at FMG Solomon’s election, including to accommodate project budget and time requirements.
