2019-044 - Invitation to Tender Overview
Tenders are invited to submit offers for inclusion onto the new Register of Prequalified Suppliers (RoPS) under one (1) or more of the registers individual categories.
* Suppliers who respond to this opportunity may be added to the register if they are evaluated (in the opinion of Council) as meeting all requirements of the tender.
* Inclusion onto this RoPS does not provide any guarantee of work with Council.
* Council may, at its sole discretion, re-advertise by public tender and or refresh this Register of Pre-qualified Suppliers (RoPS) during the term of this arrangement.
* This RoPS is established for an initial period of two (2) years (01 December 2018 - 01 December 2020), with the option of further multiple 12 month extensions at Council’s sole discretion.
General notice
All Suppliers are to note that the new tender and contract for the Register of Prequalified Suppliers - Goods and services (RoPS-G&S) is not included as part of this Invitation to Tender (ITT).
For the RoPS-G&S tender, please go to the Local Government Electronic Tender box reference DSC007884. The DSC Contract for RoPS-G&S is 2019-044.

A summarised version of the invitation process is as follows:
* This document represents the release of the Tender to the market;
* Two information sessions (12 (noon) and 5pm (evening), Wednesday 29 August 2018, Mossman)
* Tenders will only be accepted until the tender box closes at 2:00 pm on Wednesday 26 September 2018.
* Late submissions or submissions not lodged as prescribed in this tender document will not be accepted.
