Expression of Interest - Removal or Demolition of Structure

⁠⁠⁠Council invites offers for removal or demolition of a dwelling at the Esplanade New Norfolk.

Tender documentation and other information may be obtained from the Council by telephoning (03) 6261 8513 or email works@dvc.tas.gov.au

Tenders shall be addressed to the General Manager and delivered via email or in a sealed envelope endorsed with the relevant details prior to 2.00pm on Friday, 31 August 2018 to the Tender Box, located at the Council Administration Building. Council reserves the right to not accept the lowest or any Tender.

In accordance with the Local Government Act, Council might later invite all Proponents to change their tenders to account for changes in the tender documentation.
