Yass Valley Council is upgrading the amenities buildings at sporting venues throughout the Yass Valley LGA. Council has recently completed stage one upgrades at Victoria Park which included demolishing the existing canteen and constructing a new canteen, storage room, meeting room and disabled toilet under the same roofline. Stage two works will include the upgrade of the existing change rooms and toilet facilities.
The renovations of the Victoria Park amenities building is to be generally in accordance with the materials and fittings used at Joe O'Connor Park. Tenderers are encouraged to undertake an inspection of this building by arrangement with Council at a suitable time during the tender period.
