Consultancy Services - Arboricultural

⁠⁠⁠The City of Cockburn (the Principal) is seeking a Contractor to conduct Arboricultural reports; provide technical advice and conduct quantified tree risk assessments of trees in the Principals Parks, Reserves and Streetscapes on both a scheduled basis and an ‘as required’ basis.

The Principal has completed a street tree data pickup of all trees on residential and commercial verges in 2015.

Tree re-inspections are required and the data shall be collected and entered into the Principals mapping software.

Tree asset information will be required to be picked up as new street trees are planted or added to new commercial or residential developments within the Principals municipal bountries.

The Contractor; under the proposed Contract, will be required to provide all labour, plant, tools and equipment, materials, chemicals, transportation/cartage, administrative costs, travelling expenses etc. and anything else necessary for the completion of the works/services.

The proposed Contract shall be in place for a period of three (3) years from the date of award; with Principal instigated options to extend the period for a subsequent one (1) year period and up to an additional twelve (12) months after that, to a maximum of five (5) years.
