Document downloads and eTender submissions are only available after logging in. Please note that the documents for this RFO will not be available until 12:00pm Monday 20 August 2018.
Offers must be lodged as specified in the offer documentation. Request For Offer documentation is available at no charge from Council's website.Hard copy documentation is available and costs will be in accordance with Council's advertised photocopying fees.
All Offers will be opened at closing time and will be considered by Council in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act 1993 and the NSW Local Government (General) Regulation 2005. The lowest or any offer is not necessarily accepted and canvassing of Councillors or staff will disqualify.
A mandatory pre-Offer meeting will be held on Wednesday, 29 August 2018 at 9:30am on site.
