RFT - Shepparton Station Waiting Room - Ultra Project Services Pty Ltd

⁠⁠⁠Ultra Project Services is tendering for the construction of a new waiting room at Shepparton Train Station in accordance with the supplied drawings.

We are seeking quotations from suitably qualified contractors for the following works:
* Strip and removal of existing structures, paving and fixtures as noted for new construction
* Site cut and civil excavation
* Structural concrete footing, piers and slab
* Structural steel portal frame including full galvanizing
* Roofing and downpipes
* Plumbing including stormwater and inground plumbing
* Supply and commission of new auto doors
* All glazing and frames
* Works to existing building as noted
* All new finishes as noted including paint to ceilings and concrete floor finish
* Provisional sums for Electrical works
* Provisional sum for internal seating and secured TV

Please Note:

Drawing A011 refers to polished concrete this is changed to concrete with non-slip epoxy R10 slip rating (No polished concrete required).

Drawing A011 refers to new automatic roller shutter to be installed to face of existing window this is changed to new automatic roller shutter to be installed to face of new ticketing window.

Please see attached photo in regards to new location of ticketing window (the existing frame should be removed and new DDA compliant ticketing window will be installed at this location).
