Tender Description
The Townsville Hospital and Health Service (THHS) seeks offers from entities with the capacity, skill and experience to contract for the provision of interim care beds for stable patients awaiting permanent placement in a residential aged care facility (RACF).
Where Offerors have the capability, it is requested that offers include the option for interim beds in a secure dementia unit.
The nature of the Services requires the Offeror to operate a RACF in Townsville.
