Tender Description
Expressions of Interest are sought from companies with the capability to supply general scaffolding services to support the ASC maintenance program for the Collins Class Submarines.
Companies with relevant capability are invited to submit a non-binding Expression of Interest (EOI) detailing:
* a brief summary of your capabilities relevant to this EOI;
* recent experience relevant to deliver products, including previous submarine/maritime experience;
* corporate financial information (including number of employees globally and number of employees based in Australia);
* confirmation of the ability to supply the Australian market and manage import compliance;
* Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) membership details (if applicable);
* your organisation’s Quality Systems and/or accreditations; and
* additional information relevant to your registration of interest.
All companies will be subject to the ASC Supplier Qualification process.
This Expression of Interest of Interest (EOI) is an invitation to treat and must not be construed, interpreted, or relied upon, whether expressly or impliedly, as an offer capable of acceptance by any person, or as creating any form of contractual, quasi-contractual, restitutionary or promissory estoppel rights, or rights based upon similar legal or equitable grounds.
The Respondents’ participation in any stage of the EOI process, or in relation to any matter concerning the EOI, is at the Respondents’ sole risk, cost and expense. ASC will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by any Respondents in preparation or lodgement of a response or taking part in the EOI process.
