This Request is for the Provision of Food and Groceries for the Great Southern Region. The GBA will be divided into seven (7) main food product categories:
Category Description
1. Shelf Stable, Non-Perishable and Dry Goods
2. Dairy Products including margarine, yoghurt, cheese, milk and eggs
3. Bread & Bakery Products
4. Fresh Meat, Fish, Poultry and Small Goods
5. Frozen and Processed Meats and Savoury Products
6. Fresh Fruit and Vegetables including prepared vegetables
7. Frozen Fruit and Vegetables
