As part of the capital works program, Council are undertaking works for the completion of stage 1 of the Memorial Gardens at The Mona Vale Cemetery.

The project will provide a range of cremation memorials and new landscaping including a network of paths, garden beds and seating.
Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors to carry out a scope of works comprising site preparations and grading, concrete and paving works, new turf and garden beds along with monumental masonry works.

The works are to be carried out strictly in accordance with the requirements in this document. To have tenders considered, contractors will need to ensure that all required information requested in the Request for Tender document is provided.
