Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠This Request for Offer has been prepared for the purpose of engaging a suitably qualified and experienced provider to install Australian standard AS/NZS 3845 & 4671 compliant guardrail with end terminals on Dulguigan Road at a section near Tumbulgum village. Please refer to Section 5 for exact location.

Full details of the scope of works are included in the Specifications and Drawings sections of this document.

The Request for Offer and subsequent Contractor engagement process will be conducted in accordance with the Local Government (General) Act 1993 and Local Government (General) Regulation 2005 as well as the Tweed Shire Council Procurement Protocol v1.8.
