Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the design and construction of a New High School, located at 55 Don Cameron Drive in Calliope (Central Queensland Region).
The new high school is to be built on a greenfield site currently heavily vegitated. Stage 1 of the project includes nine (9) new buildings, covered links, sports field, entry road and car parking / drop off zone.
The project has developed design drawings that form part of the tender documents. Stage 1 of the works will be delivered in three (3) separable portions with all works to be completed by November 2019.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC Level 3 with certified 3rd Party Quality Assurance and a local office.

Tender Documentation will be emailed to eligible contractors who meet the minimumPQC requirements. Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.
Submissions close on Thursday, 6 September, 2018 at 3:00pm. Three (3) hard copies of the tender submissions to be delivered to Decphia (http://www.decipha.com.au/).
