Bathurst Regional Council is seeking tenders from qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of a new amenities building, carpark, and carpark lighting at Proctor Park, Gormans Hill Road, Bathurst.

The works will be separated into two portions:

Portion A
Construction of a new carpark, including all civil works, stormwater drainage and road furniture as specified.
Design and construction of carpark lighting to the requirements of AS1158.

Portion B
Construction of a new amenities building including site services, full fitout and demolition of existing amenities building as specified.
Contractors may tender for individual or collective portions.

Interested parties are required to register via the E-tendering Portal to download the tender document at no charge.
