Lane Cove Council - EOI, Specialty Retail Leasing Agents

⁠⁠⁠Lane Cove Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from suitably qualified, experienced and resourced Leasing Agents that can demonstrate a proven track record in delivering curated Food & Beverage specialty retail projects in a Development environment.

Following assessment of the EOI submissions a shortlist of companies will be invited to participate in a formal Request for Tender (RFT). This Expression of Interest (EOI Phase) is the first stage in a selective tender in accordance with of the Local Government Act (NSW) 1993.

The successfully appointed Leasing Agent will be contracted to Council who are the owners, client and developer of the Rosenthal Avenue Carpark Project. The appointed Leasing Agent shall be responsible for researching, sourcing, negotiating and presenting to Council for approval, appropriately experienced Food & Beverage retail operators that are aligned with the Council's curated vision. The Specialty Retail area will comprise approximately 1,000 sqm of internal and external retail space to be leased across 7 to 10 tenancies and is located in the public open space area adjacent to Birdwood Lane and Rosenthal Lane.

EOIs are to be lodged electronically through TenderLink at (see option below) by no later than 2pm Tuesday, 28th August 2018.

Proponents will be required to register on the Tenderlink website (no charge) in order to download the EOI documents.
