Tender Description
User researcher needed to work within an agile team in order to build an understanding of users needs, behaviours and motivations.
You'll join an existing team which includes product, delivery, policy, design, operations and growth expertise.
As a User Researcher working in the ICT Procurement Transformation program, you will work in a multi-disciplinary team to deliver the buy.nsw platform.
You will help the team build a deep understanding of buy.nsw’s users to support the design and delivery of services that meet their needs. You’ll do this by providing new and useful user insights to the team, and work with designers and developers to make iterative improvements to the service.
