Requests for Proposal (RFP) are sought for the Provision of Radiology Services to Calvary Health Care ACT Limited.

Calvary Public Hospital Bruce (CPHB) is located in the northern suburbs of Canberra, ACT. This RFP relates primarily to the Bruce campus, except where any services may be provided at the Respondents premises. The Bruce campus (256 beds) provides acute and sub-acute services. This RFP will relate to inpatients, outpatients and the Emergency Department. There will be a requirement for 24/7 coverage.

Accordingly the after-hours service should be provided over the internet, or approved alternative. CPHB invites tenders from suitably qualified, experienced and accredited corporations for the provision of Radiology Services to the areas mentioned. The scope of the Radiology Services requirements includes the following components:

Provision of radiology services to the areas mentioned above. There will be an occasional requirement for nuclear medicine, breast localisations and the like. The relevant statistics are contained in the RFP documentation. Compliance with all current and applicable codes, standards and legislation for the radiology industry. Compliance with all current and applicable CPHB operating instructions and policies.

The scope of this RFP will cover all modalities. The term of any possible future contract emanating from this RFP is proposed to be 3 years + 2 x 1 year options. A mandatory Site Inspection / Industry Briefing will be conducted in Post Graduate Meeting Room on Friday 10 August 2018 from 14:00 to 16:00. Interested parties are requested to register in the foyer of the main entrance at Calvary Hospital which is located at the corner of Belconnen Way and Haydon Drive, Bruce.
