Tender Description
The tender for Crookwell Memorial Oval Community Sports Centre contains two (2) parts and are described below in this Scope of Works, the Specifications and the Drawing documentation.
Funding for the part one (1) only is confirmed and tenderers should price part 1 considering that part two (2) may not take place. Tenderers are however asked to price part 2 Works. The successful tenderer will be advised about construction of Part 2 during the award of the contract.
Separable Part 1: The intent of Separable Part 1 is to complete the relevant design of the whole facilities, and all construction works excepting those works listed in Separable Part 2.
Separable Part 2: The intent of Separable Part 2 is to complete the following works:-
* Construction of the perimeter veranda roofing, flashings, gutter, fascia, structural framing, posts, concrete path, footings and finishes. (structural engineering for this work is to be provided, as are the mounting points in the core building structure and the retaining walls)
* Club room and gym fittings and finishes including suspended ceiling, floor finishes, wall linings, insulation, and electrical services. (i.e. clubroom and gym shell for future fitout are to be provided under Part 1)
* Soft landscaping reinstatement. (fencing is to be provided under Part 1)
