Expressions of Interest – Vacant Grazing and Agistment Properties

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of Interest are currently being invited for Council’s vacant grazing and agistment properties available for short term leases as follows:
“Warrah Reserve” 983 Merriwa Road, Warrah. Has an approximate area of 12.3ha, no water available.
“Pt Closed Road Gurton Street” between Duke Street and Railway Street, Quirindi. Approx.0.6ha, no water available.
“Lower Quipolly Recreation Ground” being Lot 248 DP 1129385 located off Kamilaroi Highway, Quipolly. Approx. 5.4ha, no water available.
Land off Recreation Road, Willow Tree, being Lots 66, 67 and 71 DP37642. Approx. 10ha with water available from creek.
“Black Gully Road”, Werris Creek being Lot 21 DP15137 and Lot 3 DP801499. Approx. 8ha with town water available via lessee connection.
85 Punyarra Street, Werris Creek. Approx. 4.24ha, no water available.

Leases will be made available to the successful applicant on a month to month basis only. Should any interested parties wish to put a proposal forward, please contact Council’s Customer Service Team on 02 6746 1755 to receive the EOI forms with further details of each property and information that must be supplied with your application. Applications will close at 5.00pm, Wednesday 16 August 2018 and will be received via email, post and over the counter.
