Provision of Sound, Lighting & Staging - Events (Various Locations)

⁠⁠⁠The Principal is seeking to appoint a suitable experienced company for the supply of Sound, Lighting, Audio Visual and Staging services for various City of South Perth community events.

All the City's community events depend on approved City funding and external grants, and the organisation of these events cannot be guaranteed on the long term.

The Principal reviews and updates the annual event schedule at the beginning of each financial year, in line with Council budget approvals and external grant approvals. The Principal reserves the right to amend the details of the schedule. The Principal will provide notification to the Contractor of the annual event schedule amendments.
