Roads and Maritime Services require the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Professional Services Contractor for the upgrade at Bolivia Hill.

Tenders are invited from pre-qualified contractors with Roads and Maritime Services under the National Prequalification Scheme at “Consultants in Construction” to perform contract management and surveillance activities.  The position will report directly to the Roads and Maritime’s Contract Manager and will fill the role of Surveillance Officer to ensure work is carried out in accordance with contract documents.  The Surveillance Officer will also survey the road and bridge construction work to ensure the delivery is in accordance with time, quality and scope requirements.

All tenderers must comply with the New South Wales Government’s Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework), Code of Practice for Procurement (NSW Code) and Implementation Guidelines to the New South Wales Code of Practice for Procurement: Building and Construction (NSW Guidelines).
