Tender Description
This Tender is for the Construct Only in three separable portions:
* Separable Portion 1: Cycling Centre including Velodrome and Criterium Track;
* Separable Portion 2: Athletics Facility including synthetic surfaces to running track and field events areas;
* Separable Portion 3: Buildings, carpark, landscaping, power, lighting and associated infrastructure.
In addition, the Works include general site items applicable to all Separable Portions including:
* Bulk earthworks;
* Stormwater drainage including pits and pipework;
* Detailed excavation and final trim;
* Supply and install in-ground services;
* Pavement construction;
* Permanent site fencing; and
* Irrigation and landscaping.
