End-to-end solution using requirement gathering techniques to understand business problems and inform solution design. Documented artefacts are required through various stages of the design process. These include (not limited to) detailed requirement and solution design documentation (functional and non-functional) to guide the re-design of a client grouping and allocation system.
The automated identification and allocation of clients to the correct group structures and Client Experience populations underpins our ability to provide tailored engagement approaches for our clients. While we have a number of existing systems in place that establish group structures, estimate group net wealth and group turnover, these systems have evolved over time and the ATO now requires a technical end-to-end solution design for a new client grouping and allocation system, that delivers reliable and accurate identification of client groups.
Inaccuracies in group structures, net wealth or aggregated turnover estimates can cause inefficiencies in downstream business processes, where additional time and effort is required to manually derive suitable client groups to support client engagement and assurance activities.
