Demolition and Removal of Shed - Kowa Street Depot Mareeba

⁠⁠⁠Mareeba shire Council hereby invites written submissions for the existing water reticulation shed at the Kowa St Depot Mareeba-(bare shed) to be dismantled and removed from site at application cost. No costs are to be incurred by Council for the dismantling and removal from site. The shed and materials are offered as is – where is.

Obtaining documentation: Document are lodge on Council’s online e-procurement system for release Wednesday 11 July, 2018. Please register as a potential supplier on Tenderlink to download the documents. There is no change to register or to download the documents.
Enquiries: Submission enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Mareeba Shire Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the submission. The forum will close 3 days prior to the closing time and date. Please ensure that all posted prior to this time.

Loadgement of tenders: Completed responses must be lodge by uploading the submission to Tenderlink, using the response forms within the documentation.

We strongly recommend that you begin uploading your tenders submission files at least two (2) hours BEFORE Tender closing.

Closing time: The closing time for lodgement of Tenders is 11.00 am Thursday 19 July, 2018. Submissions must be fully received by this time. Late, verbal or emailed tenders will not be accepted.
